DIRECTIONS:
Sealing And Finishing Concrete, Terrazzo, Quarry Tile, Flagstone, Brick, Un-Glazed Ceramic Tile, and other non-resilient surfaces.

Preparation: Remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes before using our janitorial supplies. For better adhesion on permanent type coatings such as moisture-cured urethanes or epoxies, it is recommended that the surface be abraded with a 100-mesh screen disk. Smooth dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned before application. Rinse floor thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry.

Application: Apply a liberal coat using a mop, squeegee, roller, lambs wool applicator or other appropriate applicator when using our janitorial supplies. If higher gloss is desired apply a second coat after allowing first coat to dry approximately 45 minutes. Surface temperature should be above 40°F. Allow final coat to dry at least 8 hours before allowing heavy traffic onto floor.
