A permanent stain resistant seal for use on resilient tile, terrazzo, indoor concrete, and all other hard surfaces. Will resist asphalt, coal tar, beta dine, neozone (the antioxidant in floor mats) mustard, ketchup, coffee, dye, lipstick, rust, and quaternary disinfectants. Will not be removed when stripping with conventional strippers, thus saving product and labor.
